About Me

I am Julia Kobryn, Strength & Conditioning Coach, Personal Trainer and Online Coach.

My love with sports started nearly 30 years ago in a primary school when I was encouraged to join an athletics tethratlon team. This marks the start of my passion to sports, the rest is history.

After athletics there were times of speed ice skating, kick-boxing, muay thai, bodybuilding. A little hiccup on my way when I have torn a knee ligament and undergone a surgery has stopped me from competing for a while but this is when I realised I want to share my passion and help other people (re)gain their confidence, make them fitter, stronger and healthier.

As a result, I became a Trainer, a Coach, a Mentor, a Friend to so many souls that felt a bit lost, a bit in a limbo throughout their fitness journeys. That is when I understood my passion is gonna remain with me in a slightly different form.

Helping others achieve their goals and making them better versions of themselves (physically and mentally) is only possible if you truly believe in what you're doing.
